What is Graphic Design?...Effective delivery of a message

Greenpeace have set up a campaign to redesign the logo for BP to reflect the reputation they have earned recently, I think these logos are very effective. As someone who cares about the environment I think it's important to raise awareness of these issues and doing it through graphic design helps send this message effectively and cleverly.
